We can do lots of calls to find the breaking point or that it can handle what you need. Schedule calls to check things regularly, to make sure it is still doing what you need it to. Or just make calls as and when you change something to check you haven't broken it.
We don't launch rockets to Mars, we don't bring about World peace, we're not even very good at dancing. We do though make sure that your contact centre is up, available and doing what you think it should be doing, whilst you're watching re-runs of Quincy.
